Shipping & Handling
Please expect a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders regardless of their shipping method.
We strive to keep most items in stock at all times, however sometimes there are unavoidable circumstances that prevent us from doing so. Items that are in stock will ship within 24-48 business hours from time of purchase, however items that are not in stock may experience delays. If your order includes items that are out of stock, you will be notified via email of the delay. To check stock before purchasing, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the quantity and item(s) # you'd like to check stock on.
We process orders from 9AM MST - 5PM MST on Monday - Friday.
We do not process orders on Saturday - Sunday, nor any major U.S. holidays.
Our daily shipping cut-off time is 12PM MST. If you receive a tracking number after our cut-off time, then your order was prepared but may not have left our facility.

** These estimated transit times refer to the time it takes the package to reach it's destination once it has been shipped. They do not include our processing time. Does not apply for international shipments.

If you absolutely require that your shipping carrier/method be unchanged, please make a note in your shopping cart in the "special instructions for seller" box.
We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are non-refundable through us.
However, the shipping methods listed below are guaranteed directly through the shipping carrier with certain exceptions. These exceptions are usually weather delays and failed delivery attempts. For more information, please contact the carrier directly. If you feel your shipment was late due to a service failure, a claim can be filed by contacting Bear River Converters or the shipping carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. This information can also be viewed when logged into your account in the "my account" page. In some very rare circumstances, a tracking number may not be available. In these cases, please contact Bear River Converters for information pertaining to your order.
Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) for your package has not updated in a few days. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local Post Office. There are no updates in between. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local Post Office.
USPS and FedEx offer speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make the mistake of misrouting a package. Unfortunately, these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for their errors or delays.
Bear River Converters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Some of the shipping methods that are offered to you have insurance included via the shipping carrier (i.e. USPS Priority Mail). In these circumstances, Bear River Converters may act on your behalf in filing an insurance claim. Regardless of the outcome of the claim, Bear River Converters denies all liability once a package has been accepted by a shipping carrier.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
Postage Due at Time of Delivery:
Bear River Converters covers all shipping charges on packages at the time of shipment. However, in very rare circumstances, your package may show up stating that postage is due upon delivery. Bear River Converters will not reimburse for any postage due charges paid without an official printed receipt from the shipping carrier. This receipt must include tracking number, postage paid, address of such carrier location, and the time and date when such postage was paid. No hand written receipts nor memos will be accepted. No exceptions.
