Our return period lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept your return request and no credits will be issued.
To be eligible for a return, first contact us for authorization. This will ensure that your item(s) are eligible for return, before going through the expense of shipping. Your item must be new/unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include any original hardware (if applicable).
To complete your return, we require a copy of your invoice from Bear River Converters. (not your payment receipt or any other receipts). Your invoice was emailed to you at the time of shipment, and also physically included with your package.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse any return, for any reason, at any time.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have issued your refund. Refunds are automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note, that while refunds are instant on our end, it may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your account.
Late or missing refunds:
If 3-5 business days have gone by, since your item was returned, and you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company and/or bank to inquire on the status.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us with your name and Invoice #, so we can confirm the refund was issued.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If there is any postage due on your return, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning a new/unused catalytic converter, you must contact us for special return shipping instructions, prior to shipping your item, as we may require you to return the item to a different address and an RGA# may need to be acquired for the return.
If you are returning an used/failed catalytic converter, this is a warranty issue and not eligible for a standard return. Please follow the warranty claim instructions that were provided to you at the time of purchase. You can also click here for a copy of those instructions.
