Ask a Question
  • I need an oval flange kit. One side the pipe is 2 1/4 inch OD and the pipe other is 2 inch OD. Do you make that or do I order a 2 1/4 kit and try to find an adapter 2 to 2 1/4 and adapt that as well

We dont make that, so yes you would order a 2 1/4" kit and then use the appropriate adapter on the other side.
    For example: Part# ROL200ID225OD

  • What part number would I need for the flange between the converter & intermediate pipe on a 2010 Honda CRV 2.4.

We don't currently offer any kits meant specifically for 2010 models, however depending on your pipe size, one of our universal spherical joint kits should work well in most situations. The BRC8200SS is for 2" pipe, but we offer 1.75", 2 1/8", 2 1/4", 2 1/2" & 3" as well.

  • Does the BRC8200SS come with the donut gasket ?

Yes, the gasket is included with the kit.

  • Will this flange kit fit a 2004 Toyota corolla

Assuming your pipe size is 2", then yes, it should!

  • I want to replace both flanges on the cat and the intermediate exhaust pipe. The pipe is 2" dia will your repair part fit over that dia or should I get the 2 1/8".fx8062

If your pipe is 2" outside diameter, then you would order the 2" version kit.
BRC8200SS has 2" inside diameter, which is intended to slide over 2" OD pipe.

  • is this item suitable for Honda CRV 2009 ? my car's Resonator to Muffler Flange got rusted

If your pipe is 2" (but from what I can tell it might be 2.25") then, yes it is compatible.
If you need 2.25", then search for part# BRC8225SS instead.

  • I have a 2007 Toyota Corolla that the pipe rusted apart on the engine side of this flange closest to the muffler. I just had a disaster attempting to repair as I tried to replace only the engine side of the joint. It seem to fit well without the gasket, but was not going to accept the single gasket these joints use. Bottom line: can you confirm this 2" model will fit the original pipes?

We actually recommend part# FX8062 for Toyota Corolla 1.8L Apr. ‘05 - 2008 - Resonator to Muffler Flange; Both Sides Of Flange Connection.

  • Have one to fit 2006 Ford escape model XLT? 3.0 Ltr motor

Not specifically? However, if you know your pipe size (I think it's 2"?) then you would order according to that.
What location on your exhaust are you needing the repair? I can pull up your system and try to verify a couple a things to better assist you.
