Part Includes an O2 port after the flange, as some applications require it. 
That said, there are some applications that will not require the use of this port. 
In those situations an O2 plug will need to plug the port.
O2 plug is included.

These same applications will require an O2 port after the flex pipe.
In these situations, either 
(1) our part will need to be cut down to size and the OEM port will need to be reused 
or 
(2) an O2 port will need to be installed in our part at the proper location and the OEM port will need to be cut off.
An extra O2 port is included.

Being that this is a semi-direct fit kit, modifications may be required to achieve fitment on some applications. These modifications may include, but are not limited to: reducing or expanding pipe size, cutting pipe to length, welding , and/or purchasing additional parts.

Your original invoice and picture of the failed repair kit while still installed will be required for warranty. Our warranty does not cover shipping, labor costs or other installation costs. It also does not cover any incidental or consequential damages.
